DAY 1 Arrive to El Salvador

Arrivaland start El Salvador complete Tour, transfer to hotel. During the evening you can visit some of popular areas in the capital such as Multiplaza, Gran via or Paseo El Carmen all with night life.   Accommodation in San Salvador.

DAY 2   Have a taste of the city : City tour, handcraft and museum

Our local guide will be happy to show you our capital San Salvador and learn all about the country’s history, culture and people. We began visiting La Puerta del Diablo, where we have a breathtaking view of the Volcanoes of El Salvador, then visit the Museum of Weapons to know a little about the civil war in El Salvador during the 80’s. Then tour of the Historic Center of San Salvador, with its cathedral and Mausoleum of Monsignor Romero; Furthermore panoramic tour of modern and new neighborhoods of San Salvador. Free time for lunch (food not included). In the afternoon visit the colorful handicraft market and also the anthropology museum which contains an interesting collection of pieces from the Maya period and more separated into 4 main rooms. DAY 3 San Salvador volcano and the Maya Path

 We begin our tour of the day with a visit to Boquerón National Park located in the upper part of San Salvador`s volcano and from there get a beautiful view of the city among other attractions. Then visit the Archaeological Park of San Andrés and the ruins of Tazumal, both are vestiges of Mayan culture that inhabited our country for hundreds of years, later visit the city of Santa Ana, the second largest of El Salvador with its interesting theater and center historical. At the end of the afternoon we arrive to the charming town of Ataco. Accommodation in Ataco (B)

DAY 4 The charming town of Ataco

At mid-morning enjoy tasting coffee and visit a farm of over a hundred years where the grain is processed. In the evening enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot springs and return to your hotel. Accommodation in Ataco (B)

DAY 5 Nahuizalco, Cerro verde and the beautiful Coatepeque lake

This day discover flowers and coffee route, we will drive thru typical mountain towns, in route cross the magnetic hill, the town of Izalco with great tradition since time colonial, arrive at mid-morning at Cerro Verde national park where we will walk around the rim for about 45 minutes where we will have beautiful views of the valley, volcanoes and lake. DAY 6 From Coatepeque to Joya de ceren and Suchitoto

In the morning free time to appreciate Lake Coatepeque or take a scenic boat ride around the lake, this lake is listed as one of the wonders of the world, later departure to Joya de Ceren archaeological site showing a Mayan village and that was preserved by layers of ash from a nearby volcano and discovered by accident in 1977 world heritage of humanity volcano. We end our day in Suchitoto, a colonial town with cobblestone streets and colonial church. Accommodation in Suchitoto (B)

DAY 7 Suchitoto to Barillas natural reserve

In the morning we head to the west part of the country enjoy the views of Jiboa Valley, crossing near the Chinchontepec and Chaparrastique volcanoes to Puerto Barillas. In the afternoon enjoy a boat ride along the canals and mangrove forest where you can see the diverse wildlife that exists in the Bay of Jiquilisco.  Lodging in Puerto Barillas Lodge (B)

DAY 8 Barillas to Las Tunas beach

Morning visit the nature reserve where you will have the opportunity to appreciate the largest cocoa plantations in the region and the natural reserve with  spider monkeys, after lunch continue towards Las Tunas beach, a beautiful brown color sand  with  soft waves. The accommodation at Las Tunas full board. (B/D)

DAY 09 Enjoy Las Tunas and later return to San Salvador

After lunch return to San Salvador or Confort inn airport hotel.

DAY 10 Transfer to the airport

Breakfast. Free time until transfer to the airport. End of our services.
